1. Overview & Agreement to Terms

This website is operated by BL Ventures Group LLC, doing business as Parlor Space. Throughout the site, the terms "we," "us," and "our" refer to Parlor Space. By accessing our site, requesting spatial consultations, or purchasing commercial-grade leisure and architectural wellness equipment from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the terms, conditions, and policies referenced herein.

2. Product Specifications & Custom Orders

• We curate heavy, high-ticket leisure assets, contrast therapy facilities, and commercial entertainment systems. While we make every effort to display accurate dimensions, finishes, and technical specifications, natural timber, stone, and custom-fabricated metalwork may exhibit slight inherent variations.

• Custom-commissioned, made-to-order, or bespoke architectural installations enter production immediately upon customer confirmation and cannot be modified, canceled, or refunded once manufacturing commences.

3. Order Acceptance & Pricing Integrity

• Receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our final acceptance of an order. We reserve the right to decline, adjust, or cancel orders arising from manufacturer allocation changes, supply chain discontinuations, or technical pricing errors.

• In the event an order is canceled after payment processing, a prompt, full refund will be credited to the original payment method.

4. Specialized Freight Logistics & Buyer Obligations

• Due to the scale and weight of our products, shipments move through scheduled Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) carriers. By completing an order, you agree to coordinate a mandatory delivery appointment window with the carrier, guarantee accessible commercial tractor-trailer access to your property, and conduct an on-site Bill of Lading (BOL) inspection.

• Missed delivery windows, refusal of undamaged shipments, or inaccessible private access roads may incur carrier redelivery, terminal storage, or secondary shuttle charges billed directly to the customer.

5. Professional Installation & Limitation of Liability

• Parlor Space supplies specialized equipment and architectural fixtures. Unless explicitly contracted under a separate white-glove installation agreement, BL Ventures Group LLC is not responsible for site preparation, structural framing, electrical line drops, plumbing hookups, or ventilation.

• All electrical, plumbing, and structural connections must be performed by licensed, insured trade contractors in strict adherence to local municipal codes. BL Ventures Group LLC shall not be liable for structural damage, water intrusion, electrical failure, or personal injury resulting from improper uncrating, transit handling by the recipient, or third-party assembly.

6. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate transactions through which we provide you equipment shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California and Los Angeles County. Any disputes arising that cannot be resolved informally shall be settled through binding arbitration in Los Angeles County, California.
