Dual-zone preservation suites feature two independently regulated chambers, allowing you to age collector reds at 55°F in one compartment while keeping whites, champagne, or craft beverages at optimal serving temperature in the other.
Installation depends on the ventilation design of the specific unit. Built-in and undercounter models feature front-breathing vents at the toe kick, allowing seamless integration flush with custom cabinetry. Freestanding column cellars require proper clearance on the sides and back to ensure optimal heat dissipation and whisper-quiet compressor efficiency. Check the individual product specifications for exact cut-out dimensions.
Bottle capacities are calculated based on standard 750 mL Bordeaux bottles. If your collection features wider Champagne, Burgundy, or larger format bottles, we recommend budgeting a 15–20% buffer in total capacity or utilizing adjustable, contoured shelving configurations to accommodate varied bottle diameters without label scuffing.
